🔬 Our Methodology
How TukoKadi verifies promises and issues Red Cards
Data Sources
We use: Auditor General reports, County budget books, Hansard (parliamentary records), CDF/NGCDF records, media reports, and verified citizen submissions.
Verification Process
Each promise is cross-referenced with 3 independent sources. Citizen reports require evidence. Leaders can appeal with counter-evidence within 30 days.
Red Card Criteria
Majority of key promises broken (less than 40% delivery). Green Card requires 80%+ delivery. Under Review means evidence is being evaluated.
Appeals Process
Leaders can submit evidence of delivery. Our independent review committee (3 researchers + 2 citizens) re-evaluates within 14 days.
